Q.	What is the eWallet and Why do I need it?
A.	The eWallet system gives you the ability to fund pre paid cards, the smsComet Value Card, and pay others using your bank account, along with funding the eWallet with offline money transfer agents. eWallet also gives you the ability to move the funds off the pre paid card and value card for further credit to your bank account or to other eWallet members.

Q.	How do I open a eWallet account?
A.	You may register for an eWallet account by clicking the green sign-up button with your mouse and filling in all the information.

Q.	What type of identification must I supply?
A.	You must supply your name, address and valid email to obtain a basic account. For a full privileged account you must also fill-in the form and provide a picture ID CLICK HERE for FORM. Instructions are on the form. A full privileged account enables eWallet funding with a bank account. Basic accounts are only allowed to fund using offline transfer agents, smsComet Card, and Money Order.

Q.	After I have created my account, when can I start using my eWallet account?
A.	You able to use your account immediately to accept payments from other eWallet members and move funds from your Pre Paid Card or smsComet Card.

Q.	Do I have a limit on my eWallet account?
A.	The basic eWallet account is limited to transactions of $250 or less. Your spending limit (available funds) is completely set by you, based on the amount you deposit into your eWallet account and certain transaction limits that are preset. Whatever you have deposited into your account becomes your available maximum value.

Q.	How do I fund my eWallet account?
A.	Basic eWallet accounts may be funded by other eWallet members, offline transfer agents (when using offline transfer agents- pls forward transfer number to support@ewalletplus.com) Pre Paid Card, smsComet Card or money order. In order to use your eWallet account you must make sure that you have activated your account properly and provided valid personal information for either the basic account or privileged account. You must also make sure that you have enough in your account to cover the purchase or transaction you are making.

A.	Your information was either incorrect (wrong email address-typo) or could not be verified by telephone or information looked to be fraudulent or erroneous.

A.	Once funds are received and cleared then it is usually 24-48 hours.

Q.	Is there any country in the world where somebody cannot have an eWallet account?
A.	An eWallet account is currently only available to countries not on the U.S. banned list (Afghanistan, Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Nigeria, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe).

Q.	How much can I spend on my eWallet account daily?
A.	You may access your maximum value at any time. Please see the FEES schedule. Basic accounts have a $250 transaction limit. Enhanced or Privileged accounts have increased limits (for US Bank Account funding). To become a Privileged account holder you must supply proper ID and be verified. CLICK HERE for the FORM.

Q.	What does it cost to have an eWallet account?
A.	It is FREE to signup with no monthly fees. We do have transactions costs for funding your eWallet account and transferring out of your eWallet account. Member to member transfers are always FREE.

Q.	Can I have my employer direct deposit my paycheck, or someone who owes me money, pay direct to my eWallet account?
A.	You can but they too must be an eWallet member. Unless they are an mlm company or the like and is using our system on a bulk payment basis your employer will probably not want to use our system. But you will find no problem with our Pre Paid Cards as a direct deposit account.

A.	No. But you can use the Pre Paid Cards that have this feature.

A.	The sale of: unlicensed content, spyware, digital cash, gift certificates, coupons, rebates, vouchers, securities, stocks, bonds, deeds, sweepstakes, gaming, gambling, sport betting, wagers, wagering pools, lottery tickets, warez, pirated software, pirating tools, hacking tools, http/tcp proxies, irc/ircd, bnc, remote bots, shell accounts, dial-ups, dial-ins, spamming tools, fake ID tools, credit reports, anonymous proxies, proxy lists, password lists, email address lists, postal address lists, or any materials endorsing or encouraging violence, hatred, revenge, racism, victimization, or criminal activity.

Q.	Once I Login to my eWallet account, how do I fund my smsComet Card or my Pre Paid Card?
A.	You must first add your cards to your eWalletPlus account, then Click on the "Withdraw Funds" link and choose "#2 to your debit card" then proceed with the transaction.

Q.	Can I use a credit card to fund my eWallet account?
A.	Currently we do not offer credit card funding of an eWallet account.

A.	After submitting OUR FORM for adding your bank account, then add the bank account by clicking the link "Manage Bank Account", that page will explain.
